Van Houten Cacao is mild, velvety and rich with a distinctive dark colour. It is made using a traditional method invented in 18th century by Coenraad van Houten, called Dutching. Thanks to this method, cacao blends easily with milk or water. Perfect Cacao!
This cacao has no added sugar and is perfect for baking, desserts and preparing hot chocolates.
